Evan is the constant companion of Ella and is rarely seen outside of her company. The two of them have their ear to the ground and have taken on everything the streets of Arcadia have thrown at them since they were five. Recently they’ve been taken under the wing of Just Jonny.

The Gunrunner (Tucker Casteel) is simply a representative, and a shifty one at that. He is one of many who do business in the name of the Neo-Atlantis largest cabal of weapon smugglers, trying to make sure his faction stays ahead of the game.

An outsider all his life, Waylon is a Mer (a special breed of ‘fish man’ created by Kraken). He uses his strong psychic powers to help people as a detective and finder of lost people in Arcadia (specifically missing children and teens).

A synthetic recreation of a dead woman, Estella Morgan is the product and result of extensive brain mapping and technical precision in one woman’s quest for immortality. In Neo-Atlantis, such brazen defiance of the natural order is just Tuesday.

Olivia died in the summer of 2099 while attempting to scale the Arcadian Breakwall with her husband, Lucas and thier daughter, an 8 year old girl. A girl who would one day become the Merc known as Just Jonny. The memory of her determined mother keeps Jonny going in even the worst of times.

Perhaps the voice of Neo-Atlantis itself, narrating the tale of Cybernautica: Breakwall is the talented Dan Boud. Dan’s powerful vocal work will help add weight and reveal the world around our cast during the first season of the show.
